David Weekley Homes' Supplier Performance Award
David Weekley Homes, the largest privately-owned for profit homebuilder in America, awarded Moen Incorporated with a prestigious "A" rating in service for the fourth consecutive year. The award is based on Weekley’s National Trading Partner Survey, in which suppliers are rated on quality and service. Only 16 companies received the homebuilder's "A" rating in 2008, and Moen is the only faucet manufacturer to have ever received this rating.
Building Products Magazine Most Valuable Product "MVP" Award
Building Products Magazine, a leading industry publication, recognized the new Mirrorscapes™ mirror frames from Inspirations® by Moen® as a most valuable product for 2008. Products were chosen based on ease-of-use, forward-thinking, cost-savings and ability to provide value to the building and remodeling community. Judges recognized these unique frames for their ability to add "a custom look to an ordinary bath." Mirrorscapes are available in a wide variety of metallic finishes that allow for coordination with faucets or bath accessories and wood finishes that coordinate with cabinetry and trim.
HOME 2008 Kitchen & Bath Awards
The Destiny™ electronic powder room faucet from ShowHouse® by Moen® named as a 2008 Kitchen & Bath Award winner by HOME magazine. Destiny, recognized for its advanced technology, sheeting water presentation and water saving benefits, was one of only ten products across all categories to be featured as the magazine's "Perfect Ten" products for the awards' tenth anniversary year. Award criteria include style, efficiency, innovation, convenience and durability.
Home Safety Council's Product Innovation for Consumer Safety Award 2008
Home Care by Moen was one of only five organizations to receive the Product Innovation for Consumer Safety Award from the Home Safety Council, a national non-profit organization dedicated to preventing home-related injuries. The innovative SecureMount™ installation system received special recognition for its contribution to home safety. Advancing product functionality through style, design, and solid construction, Home Care provides a line of ADA-compliant bath safety products allowing consumers the ability to maintain their independence as they age.
Multi-Housing News Product Choice Award 2008
Both Moen and the Cleveland Faucet Group® (CFG) have been selected by the readers of Multi-Housing News as 2008 Product Choice Award winners in the category of Kitchens/ Bathrooms Faucets and Fixtures. Moen and CFG share this distinction with only three other companies. The two brands were recognized for their outstanding value, quality, innovation and customer care. Professional Builder – 100 Best New Products
Professional Builder Magazine is written as a resource to help builders run successful and profitable businesses. As home buyers become more knowledgeable about products available, builders have to expend more efforts to keep on top of product developments. After the comprehensive evaluation, few companies rise to the top with such excellent marks. Making even more of an impression, Moen is the only faucet manufacturer to have received this rating; and CSI is the only bath accessory manufacturer to have received the “A” rating, as well.
Awards for Design Excellence (ADEX)
Awards for Design Excellence (ADEX) is the largest and most prestigious awards program for product design of furniture, fixtures and finishes marketed to the design trade. Design Journal, the international trade publication for interior designers, architects and facility managers, is the proud sponsor of the ADEX Awards.
Each ADEX category has the potential for three award levels: platinum, gold or silver. Judges award points based on specific criteria for each entry. Total points earned determine each product's score. Minimum scores are needed to qualify for awards. Winners are published each April in Design Journal.

Lowe’s Supplier of the Year Award
Moen Incorporated was presented with Lowe's 2006 Supplier of the Year award in the Fashion Plumbing category. The home-improvement retailer presented awards in 20 categories to recognize vendor accomplishments in the areas of brand equity, product quality, innovation and professional service. This marks the third time in the last seven years that Moen has won this award.

Home Care® by Moen® received the 2006 Kitchen and Bath Award from HOME Magazine, the established authority for renovation and decoration enthusiasts for 25 years. The new SecureMount™ Grab Bars were one of 12 products to receive the prestigious award. HOME Magazine’s editorial staff hand-selected a dozen kitchen and bath products that helped raise the standard for the contemporary American home. Products were chosen based on ease-of-use, forward-thinking, cost-savings and ability to provide value to the building and remodeling community. SecureMount Anchors have revolutionized how grab bars are installed. An innovative D-shaped design makes it possible to quickly, easily and securely install a grab bar anywhere on the wall, with one stud, or no studs, in less than 10 minutes.
In 2005, the Mason™ accessory collection from Moen received the MVP award. Emphasizing style and functionality, the Mason collection features the patented PRO+FIT™ Installation System which uses a single-screw mounting system, reducing by half, the number of mounting screws required. In addition, it eliminates the need for a set screw; the products lock-in place onto the newly designed mounting post. Installation is reduced to one-third the time and a more sold installation is created than with standard bath accessories.

In 2006, the editors of HANDY Magazine, a home improvement magazine targeting DIYers, presented HomeCare by Moen with the Handy Innovation Award for the SecureMount Anchors. The award honors the most exemplary innovations in product design, and the editorial staff selects only a handful of products to receive the distinction each year.

Handy Magazine Seal of Approval
Throughout the years, many Moen products have received the prestigious honor of the Handy Magazine Seal of Approval – excelling in quality, design, installation, and competitor comparison. In 2007, the SecureMount™ Installation System from HomeCare by Moen received high ratings for its revolutionary new design that eliminates the need to install grab bars into a stud. In 2006, SecureMount Grab Bars received the honor for their ease of installation and beautiful design. In 2005, the Mason accessory collection from Moen received approval for its patented PRO+FIT Installation System, which mounts the accessory collection with a single-set screw, reducing the installation process to one-third the time.
Northcoast 99 Award
For the sixth year in a row, Moen has been recognized by the Employers Resource Council (ERC), Northeast Ohio's largest employers' association, as one of the 99 best places to work in the region. Moen received the award for its implementation of "best-in-class" programs in areas such as: compensation, benefits, heath and safety, diversity, recruitment and retention, employee communication, community services, as well as training and education.
Professional Builder Magazine Best in Class 2005
Moen was named the first place winner in both the kitchen and bathroom faucet categories, based on a survey conducted to a random selection of current Professional Builder magazine subscribers. When asked to choose the brand that they felt was "best-in-class," 71 percent of the building professionals responded that they chose brands based on their product quality, dependability and performance, while 39 percent used customer service as a factor.
Business Week's Industrial Design Excellence Award
In the category of Design Research, Moen's Revolution® showerhead was named the Gold Award winner for Business Week's 2005 Industrial Design Excellence Awards. Based on research conducted through a "shower lab," Moen designers obtained a deeper understanding of the many aspects of the showering experience. With these findings, the Moen Revolution showerhead was born and quickly became the number one selling showerhead.
"Best Buy" Rating
During a recent test, a leading consumer magazine rated 26 showerhead models representing the two major types: adjustable-spray and rainshower. During the test, points were awarded based on the force, coverage, and feel of the flow; how much the water flow cooled before hitting the user; and how easy it was to change spray patterns. Based on these tests, the Moen Revolution showerhead was named a "Best Buy" for taking one of the highest overall scores and for its value price.
