REFUND POLICY

To return your Moen purchase for a refund, please observe the following guidelines:

• Items purchased must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
• Merchandise must be in saleable, unused condition, and in its original packaging.
• Enclose the packing slip and indicate the reason for the return.
